You could blend together an inch of peeled ginger, 1 minced garlic clove, 2 tsp. tahini, juice of 1 large lemon, 2 tbsp. soy sauce or tamari, 1 cup of sesame oil or olive oil, salt and pepper.
Or whisk together the juice of 1 blood orange, 1 tbsp. champagne vinegar, 1 tbsp. olive oil, 1 tsp. mustard, salt and pepper.
